Note on the bibliography: In order to keep it even somewhat manageable, I excluded many pieces that are on telecommunications, satellite, cable, or other communication issues. I also left out most (I think) news articles, magazine articles, etcetera, and included primarily academic sources, although there are some industry sources included. I did include telecom articles that seemed to perhaps touch more on internet related issues, although my decisions were somewhat arbitrary. Please let me know if there is something missing that you think should be included.
Please send updates to Randy Kluver at the National University of Singapore, icmrk@nus.edu.sg.
Revised February 25, 2002
The non-English works are highly selective, based solely on contribution of list members. Some German articles, and some Chinese, but not extensive. Perhaps further incarnations of this list can add separate sections for Chinese language sources, German language sources, etc.
